Baby on the way 🤰

This week was probably one of the busiest weeks of my life! We had the privilege of going to the Kansas City Missouri temple on Tuesday and it is so beautiful! I loved every single second of it! 

We had a couple lessons with Fernando!! He is continuing to progress and is still searching for truth. Pray he can understand the scriptures better and that his health will improve♡

This week was filled with service! We got to help Sister Bird clean up her backyard, cheer up Amanda with some cute notes, help Ashlyn pack to move, help Amanda and Jared pack to move, and help in Ruth's garden! Service is awesome because I get to feel closer to the people I am serving and closer to Jesus Christ as I follow His example of loving my neighbor! I have come to know that the best thing to do when you are in need of more joy is to serve others!

We had a couple lessons with Marilyn! Marilyn is the cutest old lady who loves Jesus and is very concerned about the economy and the world. We love her a lot. She's progressing quite quickly and loves our visits. She wasn't able to make it to church yesterday because she wasn't feeling well but pray she can make it next week!

Well, it's that time again! We got transfer news and I am transferring AGAIN… Ummm ya, 4 areas in 4 transfers! I can’t complain though, I have been able to meet so many amazing people and have so many awesome experiences that I otherwise wouldn't have if I hadn't been moving around so much. Sister Atkins and I are so sad because we really wanted to stay companions for one more transfer. But God's will not ours I guess. I also have the privilege of training a new missionary this next transfer! I am excited but a little nervous since it will be a new area to both of us. But if there's anything I have learned on my mission it is that I do not need to be perfect to accomplish what the Lord would have me to do and He 100% qualifies the called. 

Transfers are on Tuesday but we don't get our greenies (new companions) until Wednesday. I'll keep you updated on what area I go to next and who my new companion is!
