🌼🌸🌻🌺🌷🏡

There really wasn't much that happened this week. We had a couple good lessons and spent most of our time towards finding people.

We had Zone Conference which was awesome! Sister Terry gave a great training on hope. Sister Terry trained about how hope is to have confident expectations. So if we have hope that good things are to come we have confident expectations that good things will come.

We had interviews with our mission President which is always awesome! He was telling us how there's a ton of sisters who will be coming out on the next 2 transfers.

Fun/Funny moments:
♡ We got yelled at by a member
♡ I'm a volleyball master
♡ knocking doors in the Rain
♡ Tearesa made me and Sister Atkins friendship bracelets
♡ We gave out flowers for mothers day!

Spiritual Thought:
12 And Alma and his people did not raise their voices to the Lord their God, but did pour out their hearts to him; and he did know the thoughts of their hearts.

13 And it came to pass that the voice of the Lord came to them in their afflictions, saying: Lift up your heads and be of good comfort, for I know of the covenant which ye have made unto me; and I will covenant with my people and deliver them out of bondage.

14 And I will also ease the burdens which are put upon your shoulders, that even you cannot feel them upon your backs, even while you are in bondage; and this will I do that ye may stand as witnesses for me hereafter, and that ye may know of a surety that I, the Lord God, do visit my people in their afflictions.

15 And now it came to pass that the burdens which were laid upon Alma and his brethren were made light; yea, the Lord did strengthen them that they could bear up their burdens with ease, and they did submit cheerfully and with patience to all the will of the Lord.

I love these verses because as we pour out our hearts and raise our voices unto the Lord he will help us through our burdens and make them feel light. This is your reminder to pray always!!

  1. Hi Aynslee (Sister Alexander) I love your notes. thank you for sharing your experiences and your thoughts that you leave for us. This note today reminds us to pray always. I have tried to do that throughout my life until recently because I can't kneel down or I wouldn't be able to get up. I try to pray throughout the day in my heart but that doesn't always happen either. So I so appreciate your reminder to pray always. I most certainly try to do that. I love your pictures. It would be great to hear what the pictures are showing us. The one with the toilet on the front yard would tickle Grandpa. He has always wanted to place a toilet in our front yard and fill it with flowers. What a silly Grandpa to think that I would let him do that! We love you and are so proud of you for serving the Lord so diligently!!. Please always remember that we love you!!
